Good foods are available anywhere today on grocery food store, at food markets, fast food restaurants and gas stations. All these foods might be save your valuable time, however unfortunately sometime they taking more time away from our live than they are giving. A lot of this food conatins highly processed ingredients that are  all but without of any nutritional value. On above of that, they are having high in dietary fats, calories and also carbohydrates, in other mean they are unhealthy on possible way. All these foods we now eat on a regular basis are not good for our health

    Fried foods like funnel cakes, doughnuts and french fries, are delicious but they are surely loaded with calories, carbohydrates and fat. An entree of friend breaded and chicken strips can has double the calories and fat of a baked chicken dish without the breading. If you regulalrly eat fried foods you can be adding hundreds of unnecessary calories to your diet everyweek which absolutely has a bad effects on your long term health
  2. Commercial Baked Goods
    The pastries, cookies, doughnuts, and another tasty treats you'll find in the bakery section of the grocery store are loaded with sugar, flour, artificial colors, and bad of all, trans fatty acids. All of this are fast molecules that had been modified to stay strong at room temperature, and has been provide to be detrimental to liver health. Don't resist with the temptation to enjoying all this foods whenever possible, as there is no save levels of consumption for trans fatty acid
  3. Fast Food
    Today there is a fast food cafe or restaurant on every primary intersection sometimes more than two. The big majority of the menu items at these cafe are high in fat, sugar, salt and calories, and every little in the nutrients then also contains no fresh ingredients. Nutrition experts says that rate foods with the commong grading system give the great majority of fast food items an issue. Making even the most basically meal from green ingredients would providing you with 20-200 times the amount of essential nutrients in a fast food
